Lose Weight in One Week with the Soup Diet

A lot of peope are keen of getting lightning fast weight loss. However, people can’t seem to pinpoint exactly how fast they want it. So, how much weight can a person burn off without having to worry about their weight?

Specifically, a person can lose a maximum of two pounds per week. The reason for this is that your body still needs a certain amount of calories to enable it to work. Thus, two pounds is the maximum weight you can burn off without risking your own health.

Day One

Day Two of Diet
One the second day, you can add vegetables to your soup diet. However, the second day requires that you don’t eat any type of fruit.

Wednesday
On the third day, you can eat fruits, vegetables and soup except potatoes.

Fourth Day
On the fourth day, you can only eat bananas. For the whole day, you should only eat about eight pieces. Of course, your diet can also include soup at unlimited amounts.

Friday
When day five comes rolling in, your diet must consist of 30 ounces of beef or skinless chicken or fish. You can also eat about six tomatoes for the whole day. The soup must only be eaten once today and eight glasses of water steadily consumer the whole day.

Day Six of Diet
Eat soup once today. Your diet should consist of beef and vegetables while staying clear off baked potatoes.

Sunday
This is the last day and hence you can start eating brown rice and vegetables. Howver, you’re drink will still be limited to water.

So that’s how to lose weight fast. It’s actually very effective, especially if you are operating under a timetable for weight loss. However, it would b ideal for you to first seek the opinion of a nutritionist before signing up for the soup diet. Keep in mind that the diet can still be hard to do even if it sounds easy. Still, if you manage to stick to it, then expect to lose a few pounds after the seven days. Keep in mind that you don’t want to lose weight by putting your health at risk.
