Healing Baths Are A Great Way To Relax And Take Advantage Of A Stone’s Healing Properties

Healing baths are a great way to relax and take advantage of a stone’s healing properties.  Even a plain old rocks is said to have some healing properties.  The water helps to enhance the stone’s vibrations and this, in turn, will help you become more aware of your own energy.  You should notice a new vitality to the water with you place a rock or stone in the tub.
Sea salt for ten minutes is also considered a relaxing bath.  The salt will help all the dead skin slough off and you will be renewed with only a smooth skin without the slippery oil.  You can also add some lavender or flower essences to the bath as well for aroma.
Sometimes to get the full healing power of he stone, you ca run the bath and let the stone stay in for a while before you get in the water.  The energy is absorbed by the water and you will be quite refreshed when you get out.
You can also try holding the stone in the left hand and placing it under the water.  You should feel the energy transmitting through the water and back to you.
The most favored stones to bathe wit are Quartz crystals and Granite.  You may also try Amethyst, Garnet, Citrine, Bloodstone, Agate, and Onyx.  Place these in a mesh bag though, you don’t want them to go down the drain.
You want to watch using a few stones in water as they can dissolve.  These include Halite, Selenite, Gypsum, Talc, Calcite, and Alabaster.
You could also place the stone in your bubble bath and let it charge until you are ready to use it.  Place smaller stones in the shampoo or body wash in the shower.  You could place stones in your drinking water or in your hand soap.  The possibilities are endless.

Dietary Measure In Ayurvedic Healing

Dietary therapy is one of the most commonly used tools in Ayurvedic healing. There is no one general diet for everyone. Other than that, each individual is prescribed a special diet according to his body type and season. If there is one universal factor in Ayurvedic diets, it would probably be that they are always vegetarian. Though this was not always so, years of study concluded that, at least in Ayurvedic medicine, there are no nutritional benefits to a non-vegetarian diet. Specific diets are also prescribed for specific diseases. For a patient with asthma, plenty of fresh fruits are required, while restricting alcoholic and caffeine-containing beverages, rice and anything containing sugar.

There are some kind of dietary recommendations to assist smokers trying to quit the habit. Having water with a teaspoonful of baking soda in it at dinner is said to suppress the craving for a cigarette after eating. Diet therapy as part of the Ayurvedic healing process also considers many details of a meal that are normally overlooked. One of those is food combinations. Custom guidelines are prescribed regarding which foods should and should not be eaten during the same meal. For example, fresh fruit is never combined with other food as part of a meal, but instead is to be eaten separately. Taste is another one of the many important variables in an Ayurvedic diet. The discipline works within six different taste ways, which are sweet, salty, sour, bitter, pungent and astringent.

Ayurvedic doctors combine two or more of them in a variety of different ways, depending on the individual evaluation, as just one part of a multi-faceted dietary treatment to heal imbalance and maintain optimal health. With ayurvedic treatments; it’s our pleasure to provide you services like ayurvedic treatment for cancer, ayurvedic medicine for weight loss, ayurvedic acne, ayurvedic treatment for hair loss as well as various kinds of treatments for improving and staying your health.

An Alcohol Addicted Individual Goes to Rehab, Gets Alcohol Detox and Treatment for His Depression and His Alcoholism, and Begins to Live More Exuberantly

Barry used to boast to his buddies how he could stay employed at a fulltime job and get inebriated nearly every night. Unfortunately, after involving himself in this “party” lifestyle for approximately six years, he began to manifest numerous alcohol related problems.

Barry Starts to Notice Numerous Alcohol Related Difficulties

As an illustration, he had a very hard time getting up for work because he felt so little energy when he awoke. Not only this, but most mornings Barry suffered from a dreadful hangover. In a word, the combination of his lack of energy and his hangovers did not make it easy for him to get up and feel motivated to go to work. To make things worse, he just received his third driving under the influence citation in the past six months.

To further complicate things, at work his last two performance appraisals were less than adequate. And lastly, his relationship with his girlfriend had declined due to his depression, lack of patience, angry outbursts, and his financial difficulties.

Although Barry was only twenty six years old, he frankly started to look like he was in his mid thirties. Sadly, this is what hazardous and abusive drinking can do to an individual. And in truth he comprehended that he was experiencing the adverse consequences of alcohol abuse or alcohol dependency and that he was too young to give up his life to unhealthy and abusive drinking. So initially he tried to drink in moderation. Sadly, he soon comprehended the fact that he lost all control after drinking his first alcoholic beverage. Stated in a slightly different way, after his first drink he invariably proceeded to get intoxicated. Due to the fact that this was an incident that was repeated every single time he drank, this greatly concerned him. In truth, he began to wonder if he was manifesting some of the signs of alcoholism and alcohol abuse.

Barry Decides Schedule an Appointment to See His Healthcare Practitioner

After talking about his excessive alcohol drinking and his careless and abusive drinking with his girlfriend, he finally made up his mind to schedule an appointment to see his family doctor. When Barry saw his physician, he genuinely stated that he has been drinking in an excessive manner, that he may be exhibiting alcoholic signs, and that he wants to stop drinking. He then confirmed that drinking responsibly and in moderation doesn’t work well for him and, as a result, he wants to learn how he can create an alcohol-free lifestyle.

Barry also told his healthcare professional about his depression and how this mental health problem was negatively influencing his relationship with his lady friend. His doctor referred Barry to Doctor Sola, an alcohol and drug addiction therapist, who motivated Barry to enter into a drug and alcohol treatment clinic as an in-patient for alcohol detoxification and alcohol rehabilitation. Fortunately, Barry would also be able to get treatment for his depression at this treatment clinic.

Getting and Staying Sober Was the Best Decision Barry Had Ever Made

After five months of comprehensive rehabilitation, Barry left the in-patient rehab center and continued his recovery via outpatient counseling and via going to local Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. Encouraged to change his life in a more positive way, Barry bought some vitamins at a health store and a cookbook. He then joined a fitness center and began working out three or four times per week. Within four months Barry was a new person. He wasn’t depressed anymore, he was in shape, he was eating nutritious meals, he now looked younger than he was, and most important of all, he remained sober for numerous months. He also became more patient, he didn’t resort to angry outbursts, and he became a more caring individual in his relationship with his girlfriend. In a word, quitting drinking was the best decision Barry had ever made.

A Young Gentleman Needs Treatment For His Extreme Depression, Relationship Issues, and For His Alcohol and Drug Dependency

Nearly ten months ago I had dinner with a forty-five-year-old male named Alexander who suffers from acute depression, has relationship difficulties, and who is dependent on alcohol and drugs. As affirmed by Alexander, it is his drug and alcohol dependency and his intense depression that had the most to do with his endless relationship issues.

I recollect hearing that a history of mental health problems, chemical dependency, and unhealthy drinking frequently occur in the same family. Additionally, I remember reading that in such situations, an individual needs to get treatment for both medical problems and that dependency and mental health problems many times occur in the same individual.

As articulated by Alexander, he is so dejected by his relationship problems and by both of his medical issues that he in essence has no motivation to achieve much of anything. What is particularly sad about this is that earlier in his life, Alexander finished one semester of grad school in business management.

Alexander’s condition makes me question if he is an example of a person who can look within and see his drug abuse and alcohol drinking problems and do something positive about these problems or if he is an individual who has to hit life’s bottom before he gets addiction counseling that results in long lasting recovery.

The Need For a Treatment Protocol He Can Believe In and a Doctor He Can Trust

If it would be beneficial I would imagine that I could advise him about numerous websites and blogs that could possibly help him locate information about drug abuse symptoms, the stages of alcoholism, chemical dependency information, and relationship difficulties. In my humble opinion, nonetheless, Alexander needs to locate a rehabilitation program he can believe in and follow over the long term and locate a doctor he can trust.

I could be mistaken but it seems to me that Alexander more likely than not needs to look within himself regarding his drug addiction signs and alcoholic symptoms and acknowledge the fact that he cannot use drugs or drink at all if he wants to get sober, stay sober, and start on the road to lasting sobriety.

It may be asked how counseling would help his drug and alcohol dependency. First of all, there are quite a few newly produced doctor-prescribed meds that can help Alexander avoid an alcohol or a drug relapse, help him through the drug and alcohol detoxification process, and help him through his withdrawal symptoms.

Second, Alexander would learn to concede the fact that there is entirely nothing useful about chemical dependency and careless and hazardous drinking and that engaging in one or both situations is the map to deteriorating health, legal problems, shattered relationships, poor work and school performance, a premature death, and financial difficulties.

Third, treatment for his depression and for his relationship problems might help him manage these medical issues more successfully and help create less of a need for him to engage in addictive behavior.

The Relevance of Recovery Groups Such as Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous

There are feasibly several friends, family members, and other individuals who would love to help Alexander with his drug addiction and his unhealthy drinking. He probably would experience greater sympathy from a support group such as Narcotics Anonymous or Alcoholics Anonymous, on the other hand, instead of getting advice from individuals who drink in moderation or who have never abused drugs.

When People Accomplish Things They Like and About Which They Are Passionate

There’s a school of thought in psychology that contends that people who accomplish things they like and something about which they are ardent arrive at a magnificent place in life. Stated more specifically, when people do what they enjoy, they almost never experience boredom or an uneventful life. If they involve themselves in something that is gratifying, furthermore, they become more complete and experience more happiness and delight in life and in their relationships.

When this is examined more closely it becomes clear that this uplifting mentality is the exact opposite of a life that is grounded in substance abuse because such a lifestyle removes the pleasure and delight that life has to offer.

Since Alexander lacks the drive to achieve much of anything in his life, it is clear that he desperately needs some hope for a more fulfilling existence. And the sad thing is that hope is virtually everywhere around Alexander if he could only get to the place in life to get the treatment he needs for his acute depression and drug addiction and alcohol dependency and adhere to his treatment protocol.

Better Relationships, A Wonderful Life, Self Esteem, and Positive Change Are a Reality

Alexander is simply too young to be defeated in life. He doesn’t realize this at the moment but if he can learn how to abstain from alcohol and drugs via drug and alcohol rehab and get the counseling he requires for his intense depression, he can redirect his life and start living with self-respect, passion, and direction.

Better relationships, affirmative change, self respect, and a wonderful life are certainly a reality for Alexander if only he could become inspired to get the medical rehab he needs, follow through with his treatment protocol, live his life in an addiction-free and healthy way, and learn how to acquire a more positive attitude about his existence.

Am I My Brother’s Keeper Even When There Is Money to Be Made?

Passages from The Bible flood in automatically to fill the void left by all the questions and half answers left in my heart as a result of the sudden passing of  Michael Jackson.

I never got the chance to meet this cat, nor the opportunity to get to know him personally and as a musician, this legend  was a great inspiration in his performances, to a whole generation  of pop musicians. He was huge then and may be more in his death: but that is not the focus of this essay.

Am I My Brother’s Keeper Even When There Is A Lot of Money to Be Made? This is not a question for only the health care providers but for everybody in business. Let us agree that It is a challenge when your whole career as a health care giver is suddenly shoved under the spotlights. Your whole future is suddenly basking under the glory of a mega star.Great.

Michael Jackson’s sudden death  raises a common question that concerns all of us. Do people locked up in client doctor confidentiality agreements always know what they are doing? We live in a world where more clients now make more money than their doctors. Rich Patients can now hire or fire “professional medical help“just at the snap of a finger. These types of patients have got to a place where they can choose and even organise medical teams, and orchestrate medical procedures with doctors coming from different jurisdictions and countries .These wealthy patients take advice only when it suits them.

How can we apply “I am my brother’s keeper” when you risk to lose a patient who thinks he or she knows what they want? That is a question that should be reserved for the doctor’s conscience. Now that it seems the American Health Care system is being marketed as a product, where is our stance on ethics?

I believe the passage i chose from the Bible is addressing both our human and physical  intellectual wares and should remind us of a few fundamental truths about ourselves. We have become smart and arrogant and have found all kinds of ways at outsmarting the laws protecting the integrity of our “medical help” systems in place. This is for both Buyers and Sellers of health services.

In Isaiah 64:6,the Bible says “But we are all like an unclean thing, And all our righteousness are like filthy rags; We all fade as a leaf, And our iniquities, like the wind, Have taken us away.”
Time to ask some questions.

Abuse of prescription drugs, doctor client privacy privileges and you in the middle.Do you really feel protected even if it were you who kept ordering the drugs against your doctor’s wishes? In all Client and Vendor relationships we all know the things we do to keep our high ticket customers don’t we? Good business practise should promote enthusiasm, effort, and ethics whilst keeping eye on the clientele..

Let us put things in their right perspectives, mega stars are not music arrangers. Quincy Jones is an Arranger Composer, and whether the public knows the difference or not, Michael should have stayed with Quincy all the way. Right? Bruce Sweden was the one in charge of the sweet sounds in the mixes then what happened?

Suddenly all the songs became drum machine ridden with yelps and all kinds of whacked up moves and stuff. If you doubt go listen to the Quincy era.Greed? Pressure? What if the monkey wrench in the whole equation was a mega star himself having too much power to the point that suddenly, he/she could out manoeuvre around everybody and end up hurting himself?Who knows if too much power and influence did this mega star a disservice.

Ethics?

Yeah right. Someone who has a $100,000 pharmacy bill should be very sick?

$100,000 a month Hotel Suites without a single stinking defibrillator? The one thing that mattered most.

Not the Limos, nor the Business Deals, nor the Beatles Catalogue, nor the smooth media and press image, but just being healthy.

OK you would think a $300 an hour doctor on call should seal the deal and Mr Jackson  still could not make it through the night to read his newspaper in the morning? Come on American Business.

OK, he should have sang “The Girls from Ipanema”, did Opera, challenged the late Pavarotti, taught music at Berklee School of Music and even did Smooth Jazz. Nope. This guy was very focused and probably had bigger fish to fry.

So far as his plastic surgery thing went, it was not only him who was guilty if you think that was a crime. Almost all Americans and people who could afford a nip and a tuck creepingly went under the knives.

Personally, I think he really looked terrific in his new facials with dimples in the right places and all. What’s amazing is how courageous and pure he was. He is a guy who was not afraid of taking risks.

To me he donated his body to fulfill our thirst and love for perfection desired for the perpetual human circus?
