Stopping Panic Attacks

In order to cure panic attacks you need to interrupt your body’s fight/flight response.  This breaks the adrenaline cycle that fuels the panic or anxiety attack.  The adrenaline is pumped directly into your blood vessels from the adrenal glands because subconsciously you believe your present situation happens to be an emergency.  Your entire body will be basically reacting so that you can flee to protection clear of peril.  The warning signs associated with a panic and anxiety attack usually are scary and this can make the individual feel that something is gravely wrong with him or her.  This heightens the fear and anxiety amount further and it is just like putting more gas on the flames.
