Anxiety and panic attacks differ in the intensity and duration of each one. As you can see, anxiety and panic attacks are very similar to each other but clearly have their own differences. The shorter and stronger attacks are panic attacks. The duration of anxiety attacks are longer even if it isn’t as intense. Anyone suffering from these should go get medical help. The sooner these attacks are treated, the easier it is to get rid of a panic disorder. Doctors recommend cognitive behavior therapy along with medication to treat these illnesses.
