Cut down on how much you eat - Yes, one steak a day may be enough to shed some weight. But, if you want to be healthy and lose weight quickly, then why not cut it down to much less then 1 steak a day? Eating a quarter of that steak is better for you. It’ll be much easier to stop the fat gain if you’re not eating in large portions. Also, if you think you will be hungry, you can substitute the rest of the amount of steak you are used to with other foods.
