A person who wants to get healthy must get active, but they also need to eat healthy too. It is not uncommon for a person to eat foods that are not providing us with the proper nutrition. Restuarants don’t want a person leaving hungry, and they give us portion sizes that are much larger than we should be eating. Dining out also allows the opportunities to have a few drinks and an after meal treat that also make it hard to lose weight. The idea of eating at a restaurant is not bad by itself, it is when it happens to often that it becomes dangerous. We learned at an early age about eating from the basic food groups, and now is the time to put that knowledge back to use. Any type of food can be enjoyed, if it is enjoyed in moderation not in excess. Candy should be put away and not displayed prominently in the house.
