A Research Evaluation about Alcoholism Symptoms, Alcoholic Symptoms, and Alcoholism Statistics
Mr. Blake was one of the health teachers at a large rural community college in the Southern part of the U.S. For “Alcohol Insight Month” he determined that he would center his attention on the following three topics for a class assignment: alcoholism symptoms, alcoholism statistics, and alcoholic symptoms.
After Mr. Blake completed the topics that would be given to his students, he determined that he would furnish them with their assignment the following Tuesday morning.
When “assignment day” eventually arrived, Mr. Blake met with the pupils in his class, passed out some appropriate research literature, and then notified his pupils about the topics he hand picked.

The end result of their research project would be a five thousand word research paper and then a five minute oral presentation that would be given in front of all the members of the class.

As acknowledgment for their special scholarly achievement, the pupils with the top four overall grades on the composition and on the presentation will be invited to present the end product their research project at the regional drug and alcohol dependency symposium during the last eight days of March.
After the students in the class were given the assignment for their project, several of them raised their hands and asked for an illustration or an example of a sub-topic that they could highlight for their research.
In reaction, Mr. Blake decided that he would quickly talk about a few alcohol dependency signs and symptoms that the class could build upon.
As a case in point, Mr. Blake gave emphasis to the following alcohol dependency symptoms and signs: cloudy thinking, boasting and a “big shot” complex, loss of control, and an obsession with drinking.

After discussing these alcoholism symptoms and signs, Mr. Blake then notified the pupils in the class that they could do some additional research on each symptom, gather some applicable data, give a number of examples of each symptom or sign, and articulate how each symptom or sign reveals itself in the life of an alcohol addicted person.
As noted by Mr. Blake, because there are numerous alcohol dependency signs and symptoms to select, he mentioned that he was not too alarmed about various students settling on the same symptoms and signs for their research project.
Without a doubt, even if several students were to pick identical symptoms and signs, the examples that are linked to each symptom or sign would undoubtedly add enough multiplicity to keep away from two or more students presenting exactly the same content.

Mr. Blake’s aspiration was that by requiring all of his students to dig into one or more of the three alcohol addiction topics, all the pupils would have a better perception of a difficult yet relevant topic such as alcoholism.
Mr. Blake also thought that by augmenting the understanding of his students about the debilitating effects of alcohol addiction and the dismal daily lives experienced by alcoholics, his pupils might think twice before they engage in excessive and hazardous drinking behavior.
