Exercise Tips for Women to Help Lose Fat Weight
Author: Jo Chris
In the effort to lose fat weight, the two largest factors to consider are our diets and daily exercise routines. Most women know the aspects of eating a healthy diet. However, proper and effective exercise can sometimes be a mystery. It is common to ask why we aren’t losing weight when we spend so much time working out.  Here are some exercise tips for women to help lose fat weight and solve some of the mystery about exercising in the attempt to get real results.
Intensity can be one of the more difficult exercise concepts to understand.  And yet high intensity workouts is at the topof the list of exercising tips for women to help lose fat weight.
In many cases we feel as though we are putting in a high intensity effort. However, the results do not show that to be the case. In order to achieve real results in your fat loss efforts, perform cardio and strength training exercises at a moderate to high intensity level. To test this, check your heart rate and ensure you are working at 60% to 80% of your maximum heart rate for a moderate intensity and 70% to 85% for a high intensity. Working at this level establishes a beneficial caloric burn in a short duration of time.
Weight lifting concepts are also misunderstood by both men and women. Two exercising tips for women regarding strength training are: 1) you won’t get big and bulky by lifting heavier weights, so by all means go heavier with the weight and 2) adding muscle helps burn fat. Lift heavier weights applying the intensity rule. Rest assured that an increase in your muscle size is limited simply based on genetics and gender.  Also, the muscle added through weight training helps to create a faster metabolism which means more caloric burn at rest.  Plus, added muscle contributes to an attractive shapely figure.
The frequency at which you workout is important in order to help continually contribute to the caloric deficit which causes fat loss.  In order to lose one pound of fat, 3500 calories need to be burned over and above what is ingested. This type of caloric intake and burn occurs over the course of time. It is important to achieve a decent caloric burn on a continual basis (3 to 5 days per week), in order to get real fat loss results in the quickest time frame.
The time factor is dependent on the intensity of the workout.  If a high intensity workout is performed, a 20 minute minimum cardio routine should be completed. If a moderate intensity is applied then the cardio workout should be a 30 minute minimum. This will help to ensure a beneficial caloric burn for the workout.  Application of these exercise tips for women will have you back in shape sooner than you thought possible.
Apply these exercise tips for women to help lose fat weight. When exercise is performed in this manner and combined with a healthy diet, you’ll have the attractive shapely figure you’ve always wanted in no time.

Weight loss has become a very big issue amongst obese Americans. It is the main reason why many resort to crash diets and quick weight loss drinks, in the hope of losing that extra body weight. Crash diets and quick weight loss solutions can be effective if done correctly and safely, but if too much is expected too soon then they are not the healthiest of weight loss options.
Here are few weight loss tips that may help:
The first weight loss tip is to stick to the measuring tape. Increase the physical activity and change the eating habits. Exercise is a good option, since it helps build muscle mass. The muscle tissue is more active metabolically as compared to other tissues. Hence, the more muscles that a person has, the more is the weight loss capacity.
Eat more Soup - A bowl of any soup, especially the one with beans and vegetables is best for weight loss. Always make the soup a habit for dinner or lunch each day. This eliminates any need for late night supper or mid afternoon lunch.
Improve mental state - Without realization, many people consider food as a distraction, comfort, pleasure or as a buffer for other negative emotions or stress. Just as other alcoholics and smokers, some people are addicted to food psychologically. It is important to talk to a mental health counselor, in case people habitually use food to feel better.
Other Important Factors:
Rather than focusing on the things that obese people have to deny or limit themselves to lose body fat, it is important to rejoice the new food that they can add, to shake up their meal plans. To do this, try new vegetables, fruits or whole grains each week. In addition, always maintain a running list of favorites.
Always select those foods that take time to cook. It is a wonderful tip for anyone who tries to lose some weight, especially those who eat too fast. Think of those foods that take time to pick apart or peel apart, for instance, pomegranates, crab, kiwi, shellfish and even a boiled egg.
Also important is to restrain the taste buds. It is a known thing that, while giving up on salt, even the lightly salted foods taste over salty. The same happens in case of those who give up on sugar. It is better to extend such concepts to foodstuffs made of white flour. Here, people may find themselves losing on taste or cravings – for bagels, pasta, rolls and white breads.
Apart from the above mentioned tips, it is also important for obese people to do more of yoga and other meditation techniques. This proves to be extremely beneficial for the body and mind.
Even five to ten minutes of regular exercise also helps to reduce the weight. Obese people have to understand that crash dieting and weight loss pills are the temporary solution to their weight problems. These things may cause unnecessary side effects. Hence, the best option is to keep a regular watch on the weight and thereafter, decide on the foods.
Proper check on the diet combined with mild exercise and meditation is the key tip towards a healthy and prosperous life.

I have a new client at my Pilates studio that has a laundry list of health issues. At the top of her list are Fibromyalgia and Lupus. That would be enough for any one person to live with, but add into that a serious car accident that did a number on her neck and knees and you have a person who needs serious relief from chronic pain. She has had only two sessions and she already notices a difference in the way her body feels. More importantly, she is sleeping better and having longer periods of pain-free living. Each individual client profits in his or her own way from a regular Pilates routine. We see many different people at my Pilates studio. Some have physical limitations and some have chronic health issues. Most are healthy individuals looking for a great workout. All benefit from the diversity of Pilates.
Pilates may be viewed as a rigid form of exercise with little deviation to the work. Certainly, there is that element to it. Joseph Pilates developed his method of exercise as a systematic approach to overall health. As a Pilates student, you might do the same series of exercises every time you have a session. Certainly in the mat work, there is an order to the exercises and a progression that is followed. But in private sessions, I find that Pilates can be wonderfully refreshing in that it really isnt the same thing every time. The individual needs of the clients dictates the pace and feeling of a session, and with the equipment being so varied, there are literally hundreds of exercises that can be given. How can your body or mind ever be bored?
Pilates benefits continue to amaze me. As is the case with this new client, she is experiencing a return of easier sleep and more pain-free hours and though those arent necessarily proven benefits, this is what she is feeling. If every day our bodies feel different, than every day we have to treat them differently. I might have a hefty workout filled with lots of challenges one day, and a gentle more restorative session the next. Pilates gives you what you need when you need it.
Here are some of the more consistent benefits of a regular Pilates routine:
- Improved strength
- Improved flexibility
- Increased tone
- Better body awareness
- Attention to breathing
- A feeling of well-being
These are just a few of the many benefits you may enjoy from doing Pilates, but you may feel or experience something completely different than what is listed. Every body is different, so every body benefits differently.

Effective Weight Loss Through A Healthy Diet
Author: Daniel Millions
Weight loss is possible when a person is determined to make the changes in their life that are necessary for weight loss to occur. Unless a person is willing to make a lifelong commitment to a healthier lifestyle, they may chase after that weight loss goal for the rest of their life with frequent weight gains and weight loss along the way.
The reason why a person gets overweight is because they are taking in too many calories and not burning the extra energy off with exercise. If the person never learns to provide their body with the right nutrients frequently in a lifestyle that includes regular exercise, their weight loss goals may never be achieved even briefly.
The body requires a wide range of nutrients, vitamins and minerals or else the body will not function at its best. If a person eats the same things day in and day out, their body will begin to miss out on some essential nutrients. The rut diet is a frequent occurrence for many people, no matter what their income is. People can get in a rut about many things, including the foods in their daily diet. In this case, a craving for foods may set in.
If the person hardly ever eats fresh foods, their body may crave certain foods or snacks that provide a smidgen of the craved nutrient. If the craved nutrient is in a bag of chips or a cupcake, the person will crave those chips and the cupcake. If the person gives in to their craving, that person gets is a whole lot of a fatty food that provides too many calories for their small share of nutrients.
The person would be much better off with a healthy food or snack that fulfilled their body’s requirements for nutrients and healthy energy. When a person regularly eats a healthy diet filled with all the nutrients that their body needs, it becomes easier to satisfy the body with less food. Since the body needs food frequently, it is also possible to eat regular meals and snacks while losing weight, just as long as the healthiest low fat foods are chosen and regular exercise is a part of the weight loss program.
Exercise is essential to any weight loss program because it burns excess energy. Every time that a person eats, their body will store any energy that is not immediately used in fat cells. To avoid an accumulation of energy in the fat cells, a person must exercise at least half an hour at least three times a week.
When a person is committed to a sensible diet and exercise program for the rest of their life, they will find it easier to remain on a steady weight loss diet in order to lose the weight at a healthy pace, while providing their body with all the nutrients that it needs. Weight loss goals are achievable when the person decides to tackle the problem in the most intelligent way, which means a healthy diet and regular exercise.

1. Best to start with soup
Starting with soup is a Japanese tradition yet it’s the best thing you can do if you’re doing weight loss. That’s because starting with soup, best if its vegetable broth, would fill your tummy thus resulting you to eat less during the main meal. Study shows that people who have soup 5-6 times a week have lower Body Mass Index.
2. The main meal of the day is lunch
This is also a common thing in whole of Europe. But scientifically its is best to have the main meal during lunch. For the reason that the digestive juices are strongest between 10 am to 2 pm.
3. Getting in the habit of using healthy oils.
We all know that there are to kinds of fat. The healthy fat and the unhealthy fat. Healthy fat are essential for the body to perform at its fullest. Where do you get healthy fat? Olive oils! Also as observed, people who indulge in olive oil have higher tendency of eating more vegetables or raw produce than those who aren’t. Eating vegetables and fruit would help you tremendously to loose weight or preventing you to be overweight.
4. Don’t eat so you can be 100% full
This doesn’t mean that you should also go hungry. This just advises you to eat until you are 80% full. Eating up to 100% full would cause your stomach to stretch every meal thus it needs more food for you to feel full.

You should only eat when your hungry or when its time to dine. This maybe common sense but you’ll be surprised how people use eating for past time, eating when bored or even eating when depressed. 7 Mistakes That Hinder Your Weight Loss
Losing weight is a goal many over-weight people pursue. In fact, it is one of the most frequently patronized activities of the world. This is so because many people struggle to lose weight and try to find the non-existent magic pill that will burn off the excess calories in no record time, when in reality, they have to burn that fat off their bodies with lots of exercise and eating less.
Avoiding the several mistakes people make while trying to slim down actually makes a weight-loss programme easier. Such mistakes include:
#1 Over-eating with the aim of burning it off afterwards is a very bad way of shedding weight. It only shows you are not disciplined enough. If you actually want to lose weight, just eat less. When in doubt whether to eat something and to later try to burn it off, just leave the vicinity.
#2 Exercising without a focus: most people who exercise or patronize the gym only do so either to keep up with appearances or escort friends despite the fact that they are actually over-weight. Thus, there is unseriousness and inconsistency in their weight-loss programme. Hence, develop a sense of responsibility and accountability to yourself. Also, indulge in sporting activities that will quicken your breaths such as running, an occasion of football, basketball, boxing or skipping.
#3 Over-consumption of carbohydrates contributes next to nothing in your weight-loss bid, because after eating such, you cannot burn off the fat immediately, leading to the accumulation of more and more fat. Thus, weight-loss becomes an uphill task and becomes tiring as well. It is therefore best to limit your carbohydrate intake from processed foods.
#4 Shifting of attention form weight-loss to muscle: most of the time, people tend to forget that their sole aim for exercising (especially in gym) is to lose weight and not to build up muscles. Thus, when they begin to build muscles, they tend to concentrate more on the muscle building forms of exercises such as weight-lifting and the like and forget all about losing weight. What many people do not know is that losing the excess fat automatically makes them look more muscular and better-proportioned. Hence, never lose focus: lose fat first then think of other things.
#5 Cutting down on carbohydrate consumption yet overfeeding: it is not enough to abstain from carbohydrates. Rather, you should avoid every form of over-eating, be it carbohydrate or protein because of the tendency to store up more calories. Learn to limit your calories-build-up by avoiding over-eating.
#6 INCONSISTENCIES! That is one out rightly bad way to lose weight. Starting weight-loss routines and not finishing or keeping the schedules is a straight route to failure. Nothing good comes easy, no matter what the advertisers have told you. Rather, it your consistencies in dieting and exercising that eventually pay off and get you the desired results.
#7 Dieting without muscle-training exercises is yet another mistake people make. You'll only get flabbier, which is no good either. As such, carry out muscle-training exercises such as press-ups and resistance bands, amongst others at least two or three times a week. For more information, and in-depth, unbiased reviews and more help on weight-loss
